So yesterday's post showed the front of the house and today we're going around the back.
This view of the back of the house shows the laundry/back exit along the side. The 2 windows at the top are Miss M and Master T's room, with the basement/storage/shed underneath. Mr C often tinkers on his guitar down there when it's REALLY hot as the room is always so nice and cool!
As you can see there is no grass area at all which is a shame, but hey ho. It hasn't stopped us bringing out the camping table and chairs and having a good ol barbie.
The garden is on 2 levels and there apparently used to be a pool here. Shame they took it out. This last pic shows the pathway that goes through the bottom half of the garden.
See that bit of white netting hiding at the back right hand corner? That's Mr C's vegie patch. We had to do something to keep the pesky possums out as they seemed to like a midnight snack while surveying their territory. I wasn't too pleased that they pinched the oranges I put out for the butterflies either.
And that's it. If I'm brave enough, I'll start showing you the inside. Warning: it's like a scene out of "That 70's Show". Best get started at cleaning up then ;-)
